Dopa Arcade - Account Deletion Request

This page explains how Dopa Arcade users can delete or request deletion of their account and associated app data. This page is available even if you do not have the app installed.

Method 1: Delete Your Account in the App

1. Open Dopa Arcade.
2. Sign in with the Google account connected to your Dopa Arcade account.
3. Go to Account.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Confirm the warning. Deletion is generally permanent and cannot be undone.

Method 2: Email Request

1. Send an email to hesety00@gmail.com.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
3. Include the Google account email address used with Dopa Arcade.
4. For verification, send the request from the same Google account email address when possible.

Data Deleted or Made Inaccessible

After verification, account deletion may delete or make inaccessible:

• Dopa Arcade account profile information.
• Google-linked account identifiers stored by Dopa Arcade.
• Gameplay progress, scores, play history, achievements, and preferences.
• Coins, rewards, unused gold bars, and other virtual items associated with the account.
• Premium entitlement records where deletion is legally and technically permitted.
• Account-specific support or app data that is no longer required.

Data That May Be Retained

Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, payment, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or Google Play compliance purposes. These may include:

• Purchase, payment, cancellation, refund, and chargeback records for as long as reasonably needed for verification, tax, accounting, legal claims, fraud prevention, and platform compliance, which may be five years or longer.
• A Google Play purchase token, order identifier, and one-way hash of the previously linked account identifier when needed to restore or revoke a valid Permanent Ad Removal purchase.
• Customer support, complaint, and dispute records while needed to resolve the issue, preserve evidence, enforce rights, or comply with law, which may exceed three years.
• Security, anti-fraud, and abuse-prevention records for as long as reasonably necessary to protect Dopa Arcade and users.
• Backup copies until they are overwritten or deleted through normal backup cycles.

Retained information will not be used for unrelated advertising or marketing after account deletion.

Processing Time

We process verified deletion requests within the period required by applicable law. We generally aim to complete routine requests within 30 days, but this is not a guaranteed completion date. Processing may take longer where applicable law permits, including when identity or authority cannot be verified or a payment, refund, fraud, security, legal, evidence preservation, or platform-compliance review is pending.

Important Notes

• Deleting the app from your device does not delete your server-side account.
• Account deletion does not automatically cancel Google Play subscriptions. Subscription cancellation is handled through Google Play.
• A still-valid Permanent Ad Removal purchase may be restored after creating a new Dopa Arcade account with the same Google Play account.
• Unused virtual currency is not cash and cannot be transferred to another account as part of deletion.
• Deletion is not a method to erase valid payment, tax, fraud, security, legal-claim, or transaction evidence that the Operator may lawfully retain.
