Dopa Arcade Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Dopa Arcade mobile application, accounts, games, virtual items, purchases, advertisements, websites, and related services.

1. Service and Contact

The store profile, purchase receipt, and these Terms must be read together when identifying the contracting seller. A distributor, advertising provider, hosting provider, or authentication provider is not the seller merely because it supplies a technical service.

2. Acceptance and Eligibility

You must actively accept these Terms before first using Dopa Arcade. The acceptance screen identifies the version presented and records the time of acceptance on the device and, for signed-in users, with the account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If the legal age in your country or region is higher, that higher age applies. The Privacy Policy is presented separately as a notice; advertising choices are requested separately when applicable.

3. Third-Party Sign-In and Automatic Account Creation

Dopa Arcade supports Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In. When you choose one of these providers, an existing Dopa Arcade account associated with that identity may be accessed. If no account exists, a new Dopa Arcade account may be created automatically. You may use only an Apple or Google account that you are legally authorized to use.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for your device, identity-provider account, Dopa Arcade account, and activity performed through your account. You may not sell, transfer, lend, share, impersonate, or access another person's account. You represent that information and purchase credentials you provide are accurate, current, and lawfully yours. You must promptly protect or recover a compromised Apple or Google account or device. To the extent permitted by law, you bear losses caused by your unauthorized sharing, fraud, chargeback abuse, tampering, or failure to secure credentials.

5. Server Records

Dopa Arcade's server-side records are the authoritative records for account status, Premium status, purchase credits, gold-bar balances, transaction history, account restrictions, and other account-linked records. Local storage may be delayed, incomplete, corrupted, manipulated, or associated with a previously signed-in account. We may correct, reconcile, reverse, or remove duplicated, erroneous, fraudulent, refunded, or technically invalid records and benefits.

6. Virtual Items and Gold Bars

The Service may include gold bars, coins, points, rewards, boosters, and other digital content. These items are limited rights to use digital features inside Dopa Arcade. They are not cash, electronic money, securities, deposits, or stored financial value. They may not be sold, redeemed for cash, externally traded, transferred outside the Service, or transferred between accounts unless expressly allowed. No ownership interest is sold. Any permission to use a virtual item is a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license governed by these Terms. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, virtual items have no guaranteed value, availability, exchange rate, functionality, or minimum duration.

7. In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through the Apple App Store on Apple platforms and Google Play on Android. A purchase is not finally credited until it has been verified. Delivery may be delayed or withheld if a transaction is pending, unverified, duplicated, suspicious, cancelled, refunded, charged back, or under technical or security review. We may require sign-in, server verification, purchase restoration, or reasonable anti-fraud checks before granting or continuing any benefit.

Permanent Ad Removal is a one-time, non-subscription purchase. While the verified entitlement remains valid and Dopa Arcade continues to provide the Service, it removes forced in-app advertisements for the linked account. It does not promise that the Service, every device, or every operating-system version will remain available indefinitely. A valid purchase may be restored after reinstalling or changing devices by using the same app-marketplace account and linking the intended Dopa Arcade account.

Immediately before the app-marketplace purchase flow starts, Dopa Arcade presents the current marketplace-formatted price and asks you to confirm these one-time purchase, refund, reversal, and service-availability conditions. The price and purchase record shown by the Apple App Store or Google Play control if they differ from an earlier display in the app.

8. Refunds and Reversals

Refund eligibility and processing may be controlled by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Except where required by applicable law or marketplace policy, delivered or consumed digital content is non-refundable. If a purchase is refunded, reversed, cancelled, charged back, or found fraudulent, Dopa Arcade may remove the corresponding virtual items or benefits and may restrict the account where necessary. Requesting or receiving a refund does not create a right to retain the refunded benefit. To the extent permitted by law, the Operator may also recover direct losses, fees, or credits caused by fraudulent or abusive chargebacks.

9. Advertisements

Free features may be supported by advertising. Dopa Arcade may determine the frequency, placement, format, and provider of advertisements and may change them at any time. A valid Permanent Ad Removal entitlement removes forced in-app advertisements while the Service remains available. Any optional rewarded advertisement introduced in the future will be clearly identified before the user chooses to view it.

You may delete your account in the app from Account > Delete account, or request deletion through the account deletion page. Deletion may permanently remove profile information, game progress, scores, achievements, preferences, rewards, coins, unused gold bars, and related gameplay data. Some records may be retained where necessary for legal, refund, purchase, accounting, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, or platform compliance purposes.

12. Changes to the Service

Dopa Arcade may add, remove, rebalance, limit, suspend, discontinue, or modify games, rewards, virtual items, Premium benefits, ads, supported devices, technical requirements, and other features. Older app versions may stop functioning. This section does not permit Dopa Arcade to charge again for an existing valid Permanent Ad Removal entitlement merely because the app is updated or renamed. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the Operator does not guarantee continued operation, a particular game or feature, backward compatibility, data migration, or any minimum service period.

13. Suspension and Termination

Dopa Arcade may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary due to Terms violations, suspected fraud, cheating, payment abuse, security risks, legal requirements, app-marketplace requirements, or protection of the Service and other users. The Operator may act without advance notice where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, security harm, legal exposure, or interference with the Service. Suspension or termination does not require restoration of refunded, reversed, fraudulently obtained, or expired benefits.

14. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, designs, graphics, user interfaces, names, logos, sounds, animations, text, databases, and gameplay systems, is owned by or licensed to Dopa Arcade. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without prior authorization. No right, title, or interest is transferred except the limited right to use the Service in compliance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. If you submit feedback, ideas, or suggestions, you grant the Operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free right to use them without restriction or compensation, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on Apple, the Apple App Store, Google, Google Play, Google AdMob, Firebase, advertisers, hosting providers, device manufacturers, and network providers. Independent third parties are responsible for their own services, terms, policies, availability, and security.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Dopa Arcade does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanent availability, or that data, progress, virtual items, ads, or third-party services will always work as expected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dopa Arcade is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or similar damages, lost data, lost progress, lost virtual items, business interruption, or third-party conduct.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid directly for Dopa Arcade during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or (b) ten U.S. dollars. This cap applies across all theories and claims in the aggregate, not per incident. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and any such mandatory liability is limited to the minimum extent the law permits.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. To the extent a dispute may lawfully be assigned to a court by agreement, the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea have exclusive jurisdiction. This does not eliminate a consumer's non-waivable right to use another forum under applicable law.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect Service changes, legal requirements, platform rules, security needs, or business changes. The updated Terms will state their effective date. Where required by law or where a change is material, we may require active reacceptance before further use. Your continued use after legally sufficient notice constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.

20. Indemnity for Wrongful Conduct

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Operator and its contractors from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, and reasonable costs caused by your fraud, unlawful conduct, infringement, willful misconduct, material breach of these Terms, or unauthorized use of another person's account or payment method. This section does not require indemnification for the Operator's own conduct where applicable law prohibits it.

21. Force Majeure

The Operator is not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including platform or cloud outages, network failures, cyberattacks, device or operating-system changes, government action, labor disruption, natural disaster, epidemic, war, civil disorder, or interruption of third-party services.

22. Notice and Opportunity to Resolve

Before filing a claim, you agree to send a written description of the issue, relevant account and transaction information, requested relief, and contact information to the email in Section 19 and allow 30 days for a good-faith resolution attempt, unless waiting would cause a claim to expire or applicable law prohibits this requirement. This section does not waive any non-waivable privacy or consumer right.

23. Electronic Records

You consent to receive Service-related notices electronically through the app, store listing, website, or email associated with your account. Server logs, store records, clickwrap records, timestamps, security logs, and electronic communications may be used to establish transactions, notices, acceptance, and account activity, subject to applicable rules of evidence and mandatory law.

24. Assignment, Waiver, and Severability

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or an account without prior written consent. The Operator may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, financing, sale, transfer of the Service, or succession to the business, subject to applicable law. A failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. If a term is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining terms will remain effective.

25. Entire Agreement and Priority

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the purchase confirmation shown before checkout, and any mandatory Apple App Store or Google Play terms form the agreement about the Service. If they conflict, mandatory law controls first, then the applicable app-marketplace purchase record for price and billing, then the purchase confirmation for that transaction, and then these Terms. Headings are for convenience only. Sections that by nature should survive—including payment, reversal, records, intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation, indemnity, and dispute provisions—survive termination.
